NEXT Electric proudly served as the Electrical Contractor for the new Blue Parking Structure at Froedtert Hospital’s main campus in Wauwatosa. Designed to accommodate more than 2,400 vehicles, the structure includes a pedestrian connector bridge, advanced vehicle detection sensors, dynamic signage, an intuitive car-counting system, and EV charging stations.

As Froedtert Health continues expanding its campus with a future patient tower, additional parking capacity was critical. This project brought together the strengths of both our Major Construction and Low-Voltage divisions:

Major Construction:
Completed all electrical distribution, lighting installation, fire alarm systems, and generator integration to ensure reliable, safe, and code-compliant infrastructure throughout the structure.

Low-Voltage:
Installed the voice and data infrastructure, car counting systems, emergency push-button stations, and security systems—providing smart technology and enhanced safety for patients, visitors, and staff.
