But which team took home the coveted Jenga trophy and cash prize? The annual event aims to build camaraderie between team members and serve as a special thanks to them and their families.<\/p>\n<p>Hosted at Pedrotti\u2019s Ranch, IES members eagerly anticipated the main game-competition, in which individuals get to team up with their office and face off against other branch locations for individual trophies and cash prizes! The game used for this year\u2019s tournament was the old classic, Jenga.<\/p>\n<p>From 12pm to 4pm, members and their children enjoyed unlimited games, treats, and fun to include activities like face painting, caricature art, magic shows, trivia, karaoke, waddle ball races and a shoe accuracy kick contest.\u00a0\u201cIt&#8217;s a big group of people having a lot of fun,\u201d says Jeniffer Shipley, IES San Antonio Head Contract Administrator.<\/p>\n<p>The company picnic hosted approximately 300 people with a little something for everyone. \u201cThey have two bouncy houses for the little ones and everybody stays pretty busy the whole time they&#8217;re there,\u201d says Shipley, \u201cIt\u2019s pretty fast-paced.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For lunch, IES San Antonio enjoyed a \u2018South of the Border Buffet\u2019 prepared by Pedrotti&#8217;s executive chef and culinary team, and afterwards the event came to an end with members enjoying bingo before heading home. \u201cWe&#8217;ve had a good time every time we&#8217;ve gone.
